Men are becoming more afraid to mentor women. Some have decided the safest thing to do is completely withdraw.

I can’t think of a single successful woman who would be where she is today if refused to be alone with any man other than her husband. No behind closed doors discussions. No lunches. No dinners. No car rides.

Nope, I don’t think this has happened. Ever.

So what the heck can we do to fix this mess?…
